The Purchase Executive will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating raw materials, packaging materials, and other operational requirements for the company. The role includes vendor management, negotiation, inventory coordination, and ensuring timely procurement with cost efficiency and quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Handle procurement of raw materials, essential oils, carrier oils, packaging materials, and other required items.
Identify and develop new vendors and maintain healthy relationships with existing suppliers.
Compare quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely order processing.
Coordinate with warehouse, production, accounts, and quality teams for smooth procurement operations.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages.
Maintain procurement records, invoices, and vendor documentation.
Follow up with suppliers regarding dispatch, delivery, and pending orders.
Ensure purchased materials meet quality standards and company requirements.
Prepare procurement reports and MIS as required by management.
Support cost-saving initiatives and improve purchasing efficiency.

Experience
2–5 years of experience in purchase/procurement
Experience in essential oils, fragrance, FMCG, cosmetics, herbal, or manufacturing industry preferred.
