Job Description

Purchase Executive | Salary: 25-30 K | Exp: 2-3 yrs | Location: Jigani
Experience: 2-3 years Preferred in Kitchen Equipment Manufacturing/Sheet Metal/Similar Industry
Qualification: Bachelors/Diploma in Supply Chain Management | Timings : 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
Work From Office - 6 days working(Mon-Sat) | Languages: English, Kannada & Hindi(Understandable)
Job Description
-Source and procure raw materials such as stainless steel sheets, pipes, hardware fittings, electrical components, and accessories.
-Identify and develop reliable vendors; negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
-Raise purchase orders and ensure timely procurement to support production schedules.
-Coordinate with production, design, and stores teams for material planning and requirements.
-Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
-Ensure material quality compliance in coordination with QA/QC team.
-Maintain vendor records, quotations, comparison statements, and purchase documentation.
-Prepare MIS reports and track purchase costs to support cost control initiatives.
