Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of construction materials and services required for our projects. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, placing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate suppliers and vendors for construction materials.
Prepare and process purchase orders.
Compare quotations from multiple suppliers to get the best price.
Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
Coordinate with project managers and site teams regarding material requirements.
Track and ensure on-time delivery of materials.
Monitor stock levels and reorder materials when required.
Negotiate price, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Maintain vendor relationships and resolve supply issues.
Prepare purchase reports and documentation.
