Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities and ensure timely sourcing of materials and services for our organization. (We deals in ELV/AV-VC Surveillance Products) The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms, and maintaining inventory levels in coordination with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers.
• Request for Quotations from Vendors, Negotiate Rates & Payment Terms, and Finalize purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, price list, and other essential data.
• Ensure materials and products are received on time and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with the inventory and finance departments to reconcile stock and invoice discrepancies.
• Monitor market trends and report on potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with key suppliers.
