Back Office Purchase Executive

WE’RE HIRING | PURCHASE EXECUTIVE

Location: Gurugram

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our team and support our procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and procure materials from approved vendors.

- Compare quotations and negotiate pricing and terms.

- Prepare and process purchase orders.

- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.

- Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely material availability.

- Monitor inventory levels and support procurement planning.

- Prior experience in purchasing materials for architecture, interior design, or construction projects will be preferred.

- Experience in sourcing and purchasing interior/architectural materials such as furniture, hardware, laminates, fabrics, finishes, fixtures, or other design materials will be an added advantage.

Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in purchasing/procurement.

- Candidates with experience in architecture/interior design material purchasing are preferred.

- Good negotiation and communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
