The Store In-Charge is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store/warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, smooth supply chain flow, and compliance with organizational policies. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely updates in inventory systems
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking
Procurement & Supply Chain
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of goods
Verify quality and quantity of incoming materials
Ensure proper documentation of purchase orders, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and invoices
Store Operations
Supervise loading/unloading, storage, and dispatch of materials
Ensure safe and organized storage practices
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports for management
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
🎯 Skills & Qualifications
12th Pass preferred
Atleast 6 month's of experience in store/warehouse management
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good communication and negotiation skills
