1 . Vendor Management

2. Purchase Planning

• Analyze stock requirements and prepare purchase plans

• Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid shortages

3. Purchase Orders

• Prepare and issue purchase orders (PO)

• Follow up with suppliers for order confirmation and delivery

4. Documentation

• Maintain purchase records, invoices, and vendor details

• Coordinate with accounts for vendor payments
