Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate records of goods ordered and received
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for materials, equipment, and supplies • Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders
• Monitor and control purchasing budgets effectively
• Review purchase orders, contracts, and claims for compliance with company policies
• Analyze market trends and delivery systems to ensure material availability
• Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures
• Assist in developing specifications for equipment and materials
• Resolve vendor-related issues, disputes, and claims
• Negotiate contracts and maintain strong supplier relationships

Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or purchasing
• Strong knowledge of engineering items and industrial goods (mandatory)
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and pricing
• Strong communication and coordination skills
