· Order Processing: Create and send purchase orders to suppliers and vendors.
· Price Checks: Compare vendor prices and help look for new suppliers

· Active Follow-up: Sincere and active follow-up with vendors for timely delivery.

· Record Keeping: Keep files of purchases, invoices, and contracts up to date.

Requirements and Skills :

· 3+ years’ experience in a purchasing role

· Knowledge of basic Excel, google sheets and purchase software entries

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Proven history of Purchase and supply management

· Able to create and administer a task priority list based on company needs
