The role involves managing staff, ensuring smooth guest services, maintaining the property, and achieving financial targets while delivering high-quality hospitality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day property operations including housekeeping, front office, and maintenance.

• Ensure excellent guest experience and handle escalations effectively.

• Manage budgets, expenses, billing, and vendor payments.

• Oversee property upkeep, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance.

• Monitor occupancy, revenue, and performance reports.

• Lead and train staff for service excellence.
