Reqiried a manager for Girls hostel, Stay and food will be provided in the hostel, to handle day to day problems of the hostel, look into admissions and try to keep the hostel full with residence, manage expensess ( food purchase etc) and bit of tally knowledge.

Job Description

We are hiring a responsible and experienced Hostel Warden / PG Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a Girls PG/Hostel. The candidate will be responsible for smooth hostel functioning, resident coordination, admissions, and expense management.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily hostel operations and ensure smooth functioning

• Address resident issues, concerns, and maintain discipline

• Manage admissions, vacancies, and ensure maximum occupancy

• Coordinate food arrangements and monitor daily expenses

• Maintain basic expense records (knowledge of Tally is required)

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper facilities in the hostel

• Coordinate with staff, vendors, and management when required

• Maintain a friendly, safe, and well-managed environment for residents

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years experience in hostel / PG / facility management

• Basic working knowledge of Tally

• Good communication skills

• Responsible, disciplined, and approachable nature

• Comfortable managing a girls hostel environment

• Willing to stay on premises (food & accommodation provided)
