Job Title: Proofreader(Data Entry Executive)

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Proofreader to join our content/publishing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing written material to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and overall consistency before final publication. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong command of the English language and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proofread and review manuscripts, books, articles, and digital files

• Identify and correct grammatical, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors

• Ensure consistency in language, style, fonts, and layout as per guidelines

• Cross-check content against source files to ensure accuracy

• Mark corrections clearly using Track Changes or standard proofreading symbols

• Coordinate with editors, designers, and content teams to resolve queries

• Meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards

Required Skills:

• Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail

• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, or similar tools

• Ability to follow style guides and instructions carefully

• Willingness to learn and accept feedback

• Basic understanding of publishing or content workflows

Experience: 0–1 year
Salary Package: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Location: Noida
