Job Description

We are seeking 2 highly capable Project Operations Leads to manage the Mecturing project on a Pan-India scale. You will be responsible for end-to-end onsite installation management (Nahata) and technical coordination without requiring daily company support.

Key Responsibilities:

Independent Execution: Take full ownership of onsite work across India; solve technical and logistical hurdles using your own intelligence and network.
Vendor & Brand Management: Ensure zero escalations from vendors or brand partners through proactive communication and contact building.
Profitability & TAT: Strictly adhere to Turnaround Times (TAT) while maintaining project profitability.
Onsite Supervision: Manage all onsite technical workflows and ensure quality standards are met by sub-vendors.

Requirements:

Proven management skills in handling large-scale technical or infrastructure projects.
Ability to work independently without needing data or constant support from the headquarters.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a "results-first" attitude.
