Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily receipt of physical applications across locations.

• Ensure barcode tagging, acknowledgement generation, and inventory updates are completed in real time.

• Oversee scanning operations and timely uploads to the server.

• Monitor outward process, including packet creation, pickup ID management, and barcode reconciliation.

• Ensure timely and accurate batch creation and image upload to the server.

• Ensure backup resources are trained and ready for immediate replacement.

• Supervise Team Leaders and Executives, providing guidance and support for smooth operations.

• Conduct periodic training and performance reviews.

• Coordinate with IT for maintenance, troubleshooting, and downtime management.

• Ensure 100% accuracy in scanning, uploading, and acknowledgement processes.

• Monitor adherence to SLA timelines and escalate deviations promptly.

• Implement process improvements and quality checks for error-free operations.

• Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare and share daily/weekly MIS reports with stakeholders.

  • Track volumes, turnaround times, and exception cases.

  • Maintain escalation matrices for issue resolution.
