Note - Candidate from Retail/Apparel/Hospitality background would be plus
Skills:-
1. Strong working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets, with willingness to learn new functions and tools.
2. Ability to follow internal processes and flowcharts rigorously, ensuring timely follow-ups with employees to avoid delays.
3. Excellent communication skills, soft-spoken, cooperative, and able to maintain a professional demeanor with clients and internal teams.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to monitor ongoing tasks and escalate issues when necessary.
Responsibilities:-
1. Monitor and ensure adherence to internal processes, SOPs, and flowcharts.
2. Follow up rigorously with employees to ensure timely completion of tasks and prevent process delays.
3. Coordinate between departments to resolve operational issues and bottlenecks.
4. Maintain records of process execution, task completion, and employee performance.
5. Support management in analyzing workflow and suggesting process improvements.
