Job Description

Post – Process Coordinator

Location – Netaji Subhash Place & Naya Bazar, Delhi

Experience – 2 Yrs. (Min)

Salary – 18k – 20k

Qualification – Graduation

Shift – Timings – 10 A.M – 6 P.M

Week Off – Sunday

Industry – Solar Energy

Preferred – Any

Skills Required:

1) Good Knowledge of MS Office.

2) Basic Computer Knowledge.

3) Good Knowledge of Google Sheets.

4) Knowledge about the flowcharts.

Key Responsibilities :

•Coordinate and follow up with site and office teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

•Monitor progress as per team’s KRA and KPI, and take necessary actions to ensure pending tasks are completed.

•Prepare orders and documentation as required.

•Audit completed tasks, and in case of errors or incomplete work, ensure corrections are made promptly.

•Track and monitor request tickets, coordinating with the HOD for resolution of issues.

•Maintain proper filing and documentation for individual projects and processes.

•Provide end-of-day reports to the Directors on completed and pending tasks for each team member.
