Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through voice or non-voice process (for Process Associate role).
Maintain and manage documentation and records (for Back Office role).
Perform data entry and system updates accurately (for Computer Operator role).
Follow company guidelines and ensure quality work standards.
Maintain proper communication with team members and supervisors.
