We are looking for a Pf and ESIC executive to join our team Hemant Shah & Associates LLP. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks.

Job description

·         Roles and Responsibilities 

o    Processing Statutory compliance - Timely submit/deposit returns/challan and maintaining records of PF, ESIC, PT and LWF

o    Adherence of all related statutory compliance and submission of returns under various laws i.e. CLRA Act, Half yearly, Annual and LWF Returns, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, PF Act, ESIC Act and other application laws.

o    EPF UAN generation, ABRY Registration, Prepare ECR, Generate Challan, KYC, UAN Activation, E-Nomination.

o    ESIC IP Generation, Prepare Contribution Sheet, Generate Challan, Link UAN to ESIC

Desired Candidate Profile 

·         Hands on experience on MS. Excel

·         Fluency in communication

·         Proactive in nature

·         Team player

·         Quick learner

·         Sound knowledge in Accounting & Finance

·         PF experience preferred

·         Immediate joiners are preferred

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
