Job Responsibilities:

• Process customer Purchase Orders (POs) and create Sales Orders (SOs) in ERP/SAP systems.

• Verify pricing, quantities, delivery schedules, and customer details.

• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance teams for smooth order fulfillment.

• Track order status and resolve order-related issues.

• Maintain accurate order records and prepare reports.

• Handle order amendments, cancellations, and customer queries.
