Location: Bangalore / Karnataka
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
Work directly with the MD on business planning, execution and special projects.
Monitor Primary Sales, Secondary Sales, dealer performance and team productivity.
Handle and coordinate Sales, Secondary Sales and support teams.
Review daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and provide performance updates to the MD.
Monitor dealer operations, market activities, collections and operational expenses.
Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure timely execution of management decisions and business targets.
Conduct regular team reviews and follow up on assigned activities.
