As an Operations Lead, you will take complete ownership of office administration, including the management of infrastructure, assets, vendors, utilities, and inventory while ensuring strict documentation, MIS, and compliance. Your role involves maintaining high standards of discipline and operational processes, alongside handling HR coordination and attendance controls. In terms of operations, you will independently drive BNI activities by coordinating with members and leadership to ensure the smooth execution of weekly meetings, enforcing SOPs, and managing member onboarding, renewals, and issue resolution. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning and executing BNI events and trainings, managing all logistics and member engagement initiatives. This position requires a professional with a strong command over administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver under pressure with a high level of accountability and proficiency in MS Office.
