Job Summary

Ace Vision is looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Head to manage and streamline overall business operations. The role involves leading back-office operations, TeleCRM management, bank coordination, process monitoring, productivity enhancement, and ensuring smooth execution of daily business activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise back-office operations.

• Lead and monitor TeleCRM activities and workflow.

• Handle CRM team performance, productivity, and reporting.

• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for operational requirements.

• Develop and implement operational processes and SOPs.

• Monitor lead allocation, follow-ups, and conversion tracking.

• Ensure timely MIS reporting and operational compliance.

• Train, mentor, and motivate operational staff.

• Improve efficiency, customer service, and team performance.

• Work closely with management to achieve business objectives.

• Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and reporting tools.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.

• 2+ years of experience in operations, team management, or process management.

• Experience in BFSI, telecom, real estate, customer service, or sales operations will be preferred.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
