We are looking for an Operations & Client Relations Executive to join our team at Navu Studio. The role involves managing inventory, coordinating order fulfillment, and serving as the main point of contact for our clients. The position offers Rs 15000 to Rs 20000 + upto Rs 5000 Incentive and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and manage filament and materials inventory
Coordinate between the production team and client order deadlines
Handle client communication — calls, WhatsApp, email inquiries, order updates
Maintain order records and basic invoicing
Support corporate gifting and wedding/event client relationships
Assist with vendor coordination and procurement as needed
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass. The role requires good communication skills (English + Kannada/Hindi), basic organizational ability, comfort with direct client interaction, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to working 10:30 am to 7 pm , Monday to Saturday.
Sunday is Week-Off.
