Job Description: Travel Operations & Customer Support Executive

Position: Travel Operations & Customer Support Executive (Female – Unmarried)

Job Overview:
We are hiring a polite, responsible, and dedicated Travel Operations & Customer Support Executive for our Delhi office.
This role involves managing client communication, handling hotel bookings, and coordinating with our on-ground teams across Domestic and International Destinations.
This is NOT a sales job — no targets, no payment collection.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Query Handling

• Respond to customer queries via calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.

• Provide accurate and clear information related to itineraries, bookings, and travel plans.

2. Travel & Hotel Booking Management
• Manage and confirm hotel bookings for clients as per company guidelines.
• Ensure all booking details are accurate and properly communicated.

3. Destination Coordination (Domestic and International Destinations)
• Coordinate with the Destinations on-ground operations team for client arrivals, pickups, hotel check-ins, sightseeing, etc.
• Ensure smooth trip execution through timely communication.

4. Issue Resolution
• Handle client concerns or trip-related problems in a calm and professional manner.
• Offer quick and effective solutions to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

5. Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain records of all bookings, client interactions, and follow-ups.
• Provide daily updates to the team and maintain organized documentation.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (spoken & written)
• Soft-spoken and polite personality
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Fully dedicated and responsible
• Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive tasks
• Experience in travel/tourism is an advantage but not mandatory
