About the Role

TRUST N RIDE is looking for an Operations Associate to manage day-to-day operational activities related to vehicle transfer processes and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Call 10–20 customers/concerned persons daily to take updates regarding the car transfer process.

- Coordinate with our RTO agents and collect regular updates on vehicle transfer status.

- Follow up with RTO agents regarding pending transfer cases and ensure timely updates.

- Handle and respond to customer queries related to the vehicle transfer process.

- Maintain proper records and update the status of ongoing transfer cases.

- Coordinate between customers, RTO agents, and the internal team.

- Perform other day-to-day operational tasks as required.

- This is a daily office-based job, requiring regular communication and follow-ups.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.

- Comfortable making daily phone calls and following up with customers and agents.

- Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, and data entry.

- Good follow-up and coordination skills.

- Responsible, punctual, and comfortable working from the office.
