Operations Associate

Role Overview

We’re hiring a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Associate to take ownership of day-to-day operations at ReWorks.

You’ll be the key link between our clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring that every order — from production to delivery — runs smoothly, on time, and with top-notch quality.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structured workflow, process optimization, and real-world business execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including order management, production timelines, and delivery schedules.

• Coordinate between vendors, printing units, and logistics partners to ensure timely fulfillment.

• Track and manage production workflows, maintaining complete visibility on every active order.

• Ensure quality checks and dispatch accuracy for all outgoing shipments.

• Prepare and manage operational reports, tracking sheets, and performance dashboards.

• Assist in developing and improving SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for smoother scaling.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams for client updates and operational feedback loops.

• Handle inventory tracking and ensure replenishment planning as needed.

• Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements.

Skills We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• A clear understanding of operations and supply chain management.

• Familiarity with or willingness to learn:

  • Google Sheets / Excel (for order tracking, reporting)

  • Canva (for basic creatives and vendor coordination)

  • Workflow management tools (like ClickUp, Notion, or Asana)

• Strong communication skills — written and verbal.

• A keen eye for detail and quality.

• A mindset of ownership and accountability.
