Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Login business loan files on bank/NBFC portals as per eligibility.

  • Coordinate with customers and sales team for documents and information.

  • Check eligibility, documents, and financial details before file submission.

  • Track and manage multiple loan files and update status regularly.

  • Follow up with banks/NBFCs for queries, approvals, and processing.

Requirement:

  • Experience in Business Loan file login and portal handling.

  • Good coordination and documentation skills.
