Back Office Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities

Robot Operation (VR-Based)

- Operate robots using VR headsets and handheld controllers (UMI or similar systems)
- Perform tasks such as picking, placing, and object handling
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with high accuracy
- Ensure proper setup of objects and environment before task execution

Data Collection & Annotation

- Execute repetitive tasks to generate high-quality training data
- Annotate images, videos, or text as per defined guidelines
- Label objects, actions, and events accurately using desktop tools
- Maintain consistency and meet daily/weekly productivity targets

Quality & Compliance

- Follow SOPs without deviation
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency
- Incorporate feedback from QA/Training teams
- Ensure proper camera angles and task execution standards

Eligibility Criteria

Education & Experience

Minimum: 12th pass / Diploma / Any Graduate
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year experience can apply

Skills Required

- Basic computer knowledge (mouse, keyboard, simple applications)
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to follow structured instructions
- High attention to detail
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency
- Basic understanding of English (reading & understanding SOPs)

Work Details

Working Hours: 9 hours (including 1-hour break)
Working Days: 6 days a week
Shift: Day shift (may extend based on project requirement)
