We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Operation Coordinator (Female) to manage daily customer service operations, coordinate with clients for product deliveries, and ensure smooth logistics for laptops, projectors, and other service items. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
Share and follow up on quotations with customers.
Coordinate and confirm delivery schedules with customers.
Arrange daily pick-up and delivery of laptops, projectors, and other equipment.
Maintain records of service orders, deliveries, and customer feedback.
Work closely with logistics and technical teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
Resolve or escalate any customer issues related to service or delivery.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Female candidate with 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service or operations.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
