This 1-year apprenticeship is designed to provide hands-on experience in both 3PL (Third Party Logistics) and CHA (Customs House Agent) operations. The trainee will be rotated across departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of logistics, warehousing, transportation, documentation, and customs clearance processes.
Responsibilities:
3PL (Third Party Logistics):
• Learn inventory management using WMS systems
• Support logistics planning and last-mile delivery operations
• Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams
• Understand reverse logistics processes and reporting
CHA (Customs House Agent):
• Assist in preparation and filing of import/export documents
• Coordinate with customs, shipping lines, and freight forwarders
• Learn HS code classification, duty structure, and compliance procedures
• Understand port operations, cargo clearance, and EDI systems
• Support documentation audits and record-keeping
Qualifications:
• Graduate (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, or any logistics/supply chain-related discipline preferred)
• Fresher's or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and good communication skills
• Interest in logistics, supply chain, and international trade
