Track all booked shipments until delivery and proactively update customers on status.Communicate with carrier support teams for shipment delays, customs holds, or delivery exceptions.Manage customer queries and complaints related to tracking, delays, or lost shipments.Provide after-shipment support including PODs (Proof of Delivery) and claim assistance when needed.
