Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Associate to join our team at Casebasket, a phone case and accessories brand based in Bhayander (East). This is a hands-on role — you will pack customer orders, create shipping labels, and manage daily dispatch work on our Shopify and courier panels.

Key Responsibilities:

Pack customer orders correctly as per the order slip — right model, right design, right quantity.
Create and print shipping labels on Shopify and courier panels (Delhivery, Xpressbees, Shiprocket).
Reassign orders to another courier when pickup fails, pincode is not serviceable, or a shipment is stuck.
Coordinate with the support team on address corrections, reattempts, and customer order issues.
Keep packing material, stock, and the packing area organised.

Job Requirements:

Freshers can apply.
Basic computer knowledge — must be comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, email, and web panels.
Should be able to read order details in English accurately.
Must be comfortable with physical packing work for part of the day.
Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM. Candidates staying near Bhayander are preferred.
