Candidate Requirements

• Fresh graduate or fresher with academic background in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills, including professional email etiquette.

• High attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Eagerness to learn and quickly adapt to new tools, processes, and compliance requirements.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace; basic familiarity with accounting or

compliance software is a plus.

• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently while reporting regularly to senior management.

• Good interpersonal skills for liaising with external auditors, legal counsel, accountants, and internal team

members.

• A proactive attitude towards task ownership and operational follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating compliance filings such as ROC, GST, Income Tax, PF/ESI, etc., and support audit

documentation.

• Execute CFO/COO decisions by preparing reports, tracking action items, and ensuring timely closure of tasks.

• Liaise with external professionals (CAs, CSs) and internal teams to follow up on deliverables and maintain

status updates.

• Support preparation of financial reconciliations and statutory compliance checklists monthly and annually.

• Help draft and compile legal and compliance documentation under guidance.

• Maintain trackers, notes, and reminders for ongoing finance and compliance operations.

• Conduct basic statutory research and vendor/partner background checks as required.

• Participate in finance team meetings and document action points.

Reporting

• Reports directly to the Group CFO/COO.

• Works closely with external CAs, CSs, statutory authorities, and internal departments.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
