Job Description: Dispatch Assistant(Male)

Location: Mahape- MBP- Navi Mumbai

Written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas.
Excellent data management and record-handling skills.
Coordinate with internal teams for invoice submission along with supporting documents.
Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
Maintain up-to-date customer contact details in the master file or system database.
Manage daily administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and documentation.
Track dispatched and pending invoices and ensure proper follow-up.
