• இன்பவுண்ட் மற்றும் அவுட்பவுண்ட் கூரியர் ஷிப்‌மேன்ட் (பிக்-அப் & டெலிவரி) கையாளுதல்.

• பார்சல் சோர்டிங், ஸ்கேனிங், பேக்கிங் பணிகளை மேற்பார்வை செய்தல்.

• டெலிவரி ஸ்டாப் உடன் ஒருங்கிணைந்து, சரியான நேரத்தில் டிஸ்பாச் & ரிசீவ் செய்வதை உறுதிசெய்தல்.

• டெய்லி ஆப்பரேஷன்ஸ் தொடர்பான பதிவுகள் மற்றும் டாக்யூமென்ட்ஸ் பராமரித்தல்.

• வேர்‌ஹவுஸ் மேனேஜ்மெண்ட் ஆதரவு – லோடிங், அன்‌லோடிங் மற்றும் பார்சல் அடுக்கல்.

• ஹப் செயல்முறைப்படி உள்நாட்டு & வெளிநாட்டு ஷிப்‌மேன்ட்களை கண்காணித்தல்.

• சர்வீஸ் குவாலிட்டி, சேப்டி, மற்றும் கம்பெனி ஸ்டாண்டர்ட்ஸ்க்கு ஏற்ப செயல்படுதல்.

Job Description – Courier Hub Operations.

Position: Assistants – Operations.

Location: Hub – Velappanchavadi, Maduravoyal.

Fixed Salary: Rs.13000 to 18000 + PF+ESI+Insurance.

Overtime: ₹50 per hour.

Sunday/Holiday Duty: ₹400 per day or Comp Off (based on employee request).

Qualification: Any.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound courier shipments (pick-up & delivery).

Supervise sorting, scanning, and bagging of parcels.

Coordinate with delivery staff and ensure timely dispatch & receipt of shipments.

Maintain records and documentation for daily operations.

Support warehouse management – loading, unloading, and parcel arrangement.

Monitor domestic & international shipments as per hub process.

Ensure service quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.

Assist in shift operations and report daily performance to supervisors.

• Morning: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM

• Evening: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

• Night: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
