Operations Assistant

We are looking for a Operations Assistant to join our client who is manufacturer of hand crafted chocolates at their factory in Denoar.

This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹18000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for client coordination, ensuring timely communication and updates on orders and deliveries.

• Follow up with clients for order confirmations, feedback, and outstanding requirements to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate and schedule deliveries, ensuring timely dispatch and accurate tracking of shipments.

• Prepare and manage operational documents, including order sheets, delivery schedules, and client records.

• Draft and manage professional email communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

• Maintain accurate data logs and reports to support daily operations and business continuity.

• Collaborate with production and packaging teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered as per client specifications.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail is very important for this role.
