Key Responsibilities
Handle ticket bookings (flights, trains, cabs, hotels) and travel arrangements for staff.
Process and maintain records of invoices, bills, and administrative documents.
Manage stock and inventory of office supplies, including timely procurement.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office requirements.
Maintain filing systems – physical and digital – in an organized manner.
Ensure smooth functioning of office utilities and facilities.
Manage courier dispatches, incoming mails, and visitor handling.
Support in organizing office events, meetings, and internal communication.
