*Nature of Work*
The work will primarily involve backend support across:
• LinkedIn research and prospect identification
• Google Sheets / CRM data management
• Lead list structuring and data cleanup
• Contact data enrichment (where applicable)
• Maintaining clean, organised lead databases
• Executing predefined prospecting workflows
• Supporting automation-related backend tasks (if familiar)
• Online research and structured data collection
• General backend operational support
At times, projects may involve industries like real estate, interior design, migration, recruitment, e-commerce, and other lead prospecting assignments.
The exact targeting logic and workflow direction will be provided.
