Job Description

We are looking for a Operations Assistant to join our team at Jdm Technologeis Private Limited. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹10500 - ₹12000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operational activities across departments.

    Assist in developing and implementing operational policies, procedures, and best practices.

    Ensure smooth execution of business processes, from order fulfillment to client servicing.

    Work closely with other teams (e.g., sales, logistics, finance, customer service) to ensure timely delivery and execution of tasks.

    Maintain and update operational documentation, reports, and data logs.

    Analyze workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.

    Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation efforts.

    Monitor inventory, procurement, and supply chain processes (if applicable).

    Handle escalations or operational issues and coordinate resolution.

    Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to management.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

    Proven experience (1–3 years) in operations, logistics, or administrative roles.

    Strong organizational and time management skills.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and operations software (e.g., ERP, CRM).

    Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

    Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience in [industry-specific detail, e.g., e-commerce, logistics, finance, etc.].

    Knowledge of project management tools and software.

    Lean, Six Sigma, or other operations certifications are a plus.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working.
