Role Description
We are looking for Contractual Operations Consultants to support day-to-day operational activities. The role involves handling process-driven tasks, performing quality checks, and supporting user-related operations while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to defined processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute time stamping tasks accurately and within assigned timelines.

  • Perform quality checks (QC) in line with established guidelines.

  • Review and validate videos and other assigned deliverables.

  • Maintain and update operational trackers on a daily basis.

  • Support user communication activities, including outbound calls when required.

  • Manage multiple operational tasks during high-volume periods.

  • Follow standard operating procedures and meet SLA requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes accurately.

  • Comfortable working in structured, execution-focused operational roles.

  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Basic computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.

  • Good communication skills for coordination and outbound calling when required.

Freshers or candidates with prior experience in operations, back-office, or quality roles may apply.
