- Oversee merchandising to create visually appealing layouts.

2 Financial Oversight:

- Review sales records to ensure financial objectives are met.

- Analyze operational expenses and inventory costs to identify areas for improvement.

- Communicate with store managers regarding recent developments, such as price changes.

3 Customer Satisfaction:

- Address and resolve customer complaints.

- Set sales targets and implement action plans.

- Monitor the customer service unit to exceed customer expectations.

4 Promotions and Marketing:

- Oversee the preparation and distribution of promotional materials.

- Collaborate with store managers during events like discount sales.

- Education: Any Bachelors Degree

- Experience: Prior experience in retail operations
