Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities:-

Client Servicing: Serve clients by addressing and resolving their queries efficiently. Maintain excellent telephone and email etiquette in all client interactions.
Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for AIF, PMS, mutual fund, and broking clients. Carrying out Know Your Customer (KYC) of resident /non-resident non-individual investors.
Sales Support Assist Sales Relationship Managers (RMs) in resolving their queries and providing necessary information.
Prepare and maintain daily task reports and submit them to reporting managers. Generate monthly statements of account for clients and as and when required by RM’s & Clients.
Platform Proficiency: Learn and understand the Inwestwell platform, focusing on generating portfolio management reports.
Financial Knowledge: Develop a brief understanding of AIF, PMS, and mutual fund servicing to enhance client interactions
