Operations Assistant

The HVAC Project Engineer will be responsible for planning, execution, and completion of HVAC projects. This includes system design review, coordination with consultants and contractors, site supervision, and ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and approve HVAC system designs and layouts.

• Assist in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.

• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.

• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes, and safety regulations.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve technical issues.

• Prepare project reports, material submittals, and documentation.

• Provide technical support during procurement and execution phases.

• Attend project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.

• Ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.

Work Environment:

• Office and site-based role.

• Travel to project sites as required.
