Job Title: opretion SupervisorJob Summary:The Scanning Project Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising document digitization projects. The role includes overseeing scanning operators, ensuring quality control, meeting project timelines, and coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.---Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily document scanning and digitization activitiesManage scanning operators and assign daily tasksEnsure documents are scanned accurately as per project guidelinesMaintain quality control checks (image clarity, indexing, naming conventions)Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are metCoordinate with clients/government departments for document handlingMaintain daily production and MIS reportsEnsure data security and confidentiality of documentsTroubleshoot scanner, software, and workflow issuesTrain new staff on scanning standards and procedures---Skills & Qualifications:Graduate or equivalent qualificationMinimum 1–4 years experience in document scanning/digitization projectsKnowledge of high-speed scanners and scanning softwareBasic computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word)Understanding of document indexing and QC processesAbility to manage a team and handle pressureGood communication and reporting skills---Work Conditions:Office / Government department project siteMay require extended hours during project deadlines---Reporting To:Project Manager / Operations Head
