Job Description

• Oversee daily hospital operations including OPD, IPD, ICU, lab, pharmacy, and front office. • Ensure smooth patient flow from admission to discharge with zero process gaps. • Coordinate with doctors, RMOs, nurses, and support staff for seamless operations. • Ensure strict adherence to SOPs for admission, billing, discharge, and documentation. • Monitor bed occupancy, patient turnaround time, and service quality. • Handle patient escalations and ensure high satisfaction levels. • Track and ensure daily revenue, billing accuracy, and collection efficiency. • Prevent revenue leakage and ensure all services are properly billed. • Ensure compliance with NABH standards and regulatory requirements. • Monitor housekeeping, hygiene, and biomedical waste management. • Conduct regular audits across departments and ensure corrective actions. • Manage staff rosters, attendance, discipline, and performance. • Drive onboarding and training of new staff members. • Coordinate between management, clinical teams, and admin departments. • Prepare and share daily/weekly MIS reports (OPD, IPD, revenue, occupancy). • Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.
