About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Post Graduate Operations Head to lead our costing and operations management for tours in Thailand and Vietnam. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage end-to-end costing processes with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, calculate, and manage the cost structures for tour packages across Thailand and Vietnam.

• Prepare and manage quotations for B2B clients.

• Use Excel extensively for data management, costing sheets, and reporting.

• Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and transport partners for the best possible rates.

• Ensure high accuracy in costing, minimising errors in calculations and contract handling.

• Communicate effectively in English with international partners and internal teams.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
