Customer Experience Support
Resolve operational issues impacting customers (e.g., delays, damages, COD fraud).
Work closely with customer support to ensure satisfaction.
Process & Quality Control
Improve operational efficiency and standardise workflows.
Ensure high-quality output in product and packaging.
Reporting & Team Management
Track KPIs and generate weekly reports.
Lead the operations team, drive accountability, and optimise performance.
