Role Overview
The Manager will be responsible for managing the tendering process from start to finish, including tender identification, proposal preparation, submission, and client communication (using portals like GeM and other e-procurement systems). The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end tendering process:
Tender identification
Documentation & proposal preparation
Deadline management
E-tendering & compliance tracking
Bid monitoring & record keeping
Follow-up until payment receipt
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders through procurement portals.
Handle procurement-related activities.
Draft and manage professional email communications.
Supervise staff, assign tasks, and ensure daily reporting.
Maintain effective communication with companies, suppliers, and internal teams.
Requirements
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Smart-working and detail-oriented professional.
Proficiency in e-procurement portals (GeM or similar).
