Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and execute domestic & international tour operations.Coordinate with hotels, transporters, and DMCs for bookings and confirmations.Ensure timely delivery of travel documents and itineraries.Handle client queries, complaints, and post-travel feedback.Supervise the operations team and ensure process efficiency.Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners.Work closely with the sales and accounts team for smooth operations.
