Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager – Operations to oversee day-to-day operations in our facility management services. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of housekeeping, maintenance, and support services while managing client expectations and staff performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily facility operations across assigned sites.

• Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely service delivery.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.

• Monitor service quality and handle client escalations promptly.

• Conduct training programs and on-job guidance for ground staff.

• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and MIS.

• Assist in budgeting, resource planning, and cost control.

• Regularly visit sites to ensure operational excellence and team coordination.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong team leadership and communication skills.

• Good understanding of facility operations and vendor management.

• Proficient in Kannada, Hindi, and English (spoken and written).

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple sites.

• Sound knowledge of compliance, safety, and statutory norms.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree (Any Discipline).

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in facility management or operations.

Preferred Qualities:

• Proactive approach with a problem-solving attitude.

• Strong interpersonal skills and client handling experience.

• Willingness to travel across locations as per operational needs.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 3 - 4 years of experience.
